Now Hiring: Technical Specialist

OutcomesMTM is currently interviewing for full-time Technical Specialists to provide high quality customer service support to our Personal Pharmacist™ MTM Network! OutcomesMTM offers a unique opportunity for a candidate who is interested in working for a fast-growing, hi-tech company with a relaxed, fun working environment and progressive benefits.

Candidates should be able to manage competing demands and multiple priorities while maintaining a strong attention to detail. This role requires advanced communication, organizational and leadership skills. Candidates should be creative and self-motivated as the position involves problem solving and working independently on assigned projects.

Essential Functions:

  • Become a ConnectTM Platform technical expert on program documentation and billing requirements, troubleshooting and recreating technical issues reported
  • Brainstorm and recommend new Connect Platform features or enhancements consistent with MTM network feedback and self-study of platform deficiencies
  • Develop requirements and network-use cases from both technical and business perspectives
  • Perform quality assurance testing for new platform feature implementation
  • Manage responses to MTM network inquiries submitted via the OutcomesMTM™ website
  • Document and triage inquiries using company Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool and intranet
  • Complete employment and address verification calls to Personal Pharmacist Network
  • Plan, organize and facilitate the Comprehensive Medication Review (CMR) offer in accordance with guidelines from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) for specific clients
  • Coordinate and manage the client relationship with any vendors applicable to the CMR offer
  • Assist in the management of internal and external materials and resources
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Technical proficiency related to PC and basic office software
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to communicate across all levels of an organization, demonstrating professionalism and good judgment at all times

OutcomesMTM is currently interviewing for a full-time Senior Associate in Clinical Services to create clinical protocols, develop concepts for new MTM services and provide clinical account management to our clients. Candidates should be able to manage competing demands and multiple priorities while maintaining a strong attention to detail. This role requires advanced communication, organizational and leadership skills.

Essential Functions:

  • Develop and maintain clinical rules for the Insight™ Clinical Engine
  • Provide clinical account management support for OutcomesMTM clients
  • Design and implement new clinical programs that align with client requests and company priorities
  • Develop concepts for new covered services and coordinate with Quality Assurance and Provider Resources to define requirements
  • Prepare and analyze clinical reports for assigned client accounts
  • Continually evaluate clinical reporting and define requirements for enhancements, as needed
  • Provide clinical expertise for the Business Development division, as needed
  • Answer clinical questions, triaged by Provider Resources, from the OutcomesMTM Personal Pharmacist™ Network
  • Develop relationships with and provide MTM educational tools to Colleges of Pharmacy
  • Precept and supervise student pharmacists on rotation
  • Direct and manage the Clinical Services Residency program

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy
  • Active pharmacist license in good standing with the board of pharmacy

Now Hiring: Senior Associate of Clinical Services (MTM Pharmacist)

OutcomesMTM is currently interviewing for a full-time Senior Associate in Clinical Services to craft framework for and deliver in-house MTM services. Candidates should have excellent clinical skills as well as the ability manage competing demands and multiple priorities. This role requires advanced communication, organizational and leadership skills.

Essential Functions:

  • Develop the framework for the centralized MTM service delivery model
  • Create policies and procedures for delivering MTM services by phone
  • Provide MTM services for members enrolled in the OutcomesMTM program, including Comprehensive Medication Reviews and Targeted Medication Reviews
  • Design and implement a plan to scale in-house MTM services to meet the needs of OutcomesMTM clients
  • Assist to optimize the Connect™ platform for the in-house delivery of MTM services
  • Prepare and analyze reports for senior management
  • Continually evaluate the in-house MTM service delivery model and refine process, as needed
  • Answer clinical questions, triaged by Provider Resources and other departments, from the Outcomes Personal Pharmacist™ Network
  • Develop MTM educational tools for Colleges of Pharmacy
  • Precept and supervise student pharmacists on rotation
  • Assist in managing the Clinical Services Residency program
  • Manage associates

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Pharmacy or Bachelor's degree from an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy
  • Active pharmacist license in good standing with the board of pharmacy
  • Prior experience providing medication therapy management services preferred
  • Prior experience in a call-center environment preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
